You can find MeetMe (our networking and meetings tool) directly via the DSEI Gateway app. If you’ve bought MeetMe, you will have received an email with the next steps.
Where to find MeetMe features
- Please select the Meeting tab from the bottom navigation.
About attendee lists & connecting with others
- You will find the full attendee lists in the Network tab which appears in the secondary navigation.
- We recommend using the filters to ensure the full list gets narrowed down as much as possible to the key individuals you would like to connect and meet with.
- If you would like to connect to and meet with someone, please send them a connection request by hitting the green button.
Invitations from other individuals will appear in the Connections tab...
...as well as under notifications.
Please note, you will need to be connected with someone before you can schedule a meeting with them.
About using the Exhibitor List to find others
- You can also use the Exhibitor List to narrow down who you would like to meet and then connect to their employees directly through the company profile.
About booking meetings
- Once you have successfully connected with others, two new buttons appear next to their name. The message icon will start a chat, the calendar item will start a meeting request.
- You will see a notification when someone has accepted your meeting request.
- Please note ALL meeting locations automatically default to the MeetMe Lounge by the West Entrance and you will need to show your MeetMe / Members badge when entering.
If you would like to meet anywhere else, please ensure you agree this with the individual via the chat functionality. The diary invite, however, will not update unfortunately and still show MeetMe Lounge as your meeting point.
