You can find MeetMe (our networking and meetings tool) directly via the DSEI Gateway App. If you’ve bought MeetMe, you will have received an email with the next steps. Here’s how to access these features in the app:
1. Open the Meetings tab
Tap the Meetings tab (second tab from the left in the bottom navigation).
At the top of the page, you’ll see a secondary navigation with different options. You’ll automatically land on ‘Network’, which is the list of all attendees.
2. Find and connect with attendees
Use the search or filters to find attendees
Tap the ‘Connect’ button to send a request
TIP: You can also find potential connections by browsing exhibitors under ‘Exhibitor list’ and then checking which employees are attending for the company.
3. Manage your connections
In the Connections tab in the secondary navigation at the top, you’ll see:
Accepted connections (people you can now chat or meet with)
Requests sent to you (which you can accept or decline)
4. Start chatting or booking meetings
Once a connection request has been accepted, two new buttons appear next to their team:
Message → Direct messaging through MeetMe
Book Meeting → Send a meeting request through MeetMe
IMPORTANT: You must be connected with someone before you can chat or schedule a meeting.
