When I try to log into the app, I get a “your account does not exist” or “your account does not match our records” error message, what now?

Please ensure that you've attempted to create your account before logging in. This is a typical error we see at the moment as the app account is not linked to E-Zone or the DSEI registration portal. Once you do this, you can then log in to the app.  

 

Also important: If you've installed the app before, please delete this from your phone completely and re-download it: 

  

  1. Download the DSEI Gateway app from your Apple App store or Google Play store 
  2. Create your account using the email you registered with when signing up to DSEI 
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to create your account. You’ll be able to set your password as part of your account creation.
