I’ve got an issue with my login, what now?

Please ensure that you've attempted to create your account before logging in. This is a typical error we see, as the app account is not linked to E-Zone or the DSEI registration portal. Once you do this, you can then log in to the app.  

 

Also important: If you've installed the app before, please delete this from your phone completely and re-download it: 

 

  1. Download the DSEI Gateway app from your Apple App store or Google Play store. Important: If you've installed the app before, please delete this from your phone completely and re-download it. 
  2. Hit the 'Get Started' button 
  3. Click the 'No account? Create one' button to create a secure password attached to your App account. Please ensure you register with the email you registered for DSEI with 
  4. You'll be sent a two-factor authentication code - this is to ensure the app is as secure as it can be with your personal details. Please enter this code in 
  5. Set a secure password as the final step
