Please ensure that you've attempted to create your account before logging in. This is a typical error we see, as the app account is not linked to E-Zone or the DSEI registration portal. Once you do this, you can then log in to the app.
Also important: If you've installed the app before, please delete this from your phone completely and re-download it:

- Click the 'No account? Create one' button to create a secure password attached to your App account. Please ensure you register with the email you registered for DSEI with

- Set a secure password as the final step
