Please note, that you can only book meetings with attendees once you’re connected.
1. Send or accept a connection request
Go to the Network section in the Meetings tab.
Find the attendee and tap the ‘Connect’ button to send them a request.
You will see requests sent to you via the ‘Network’ section.
2. Book a meeting
Once the request is accepted, a Meetings button (a calendar symbol) will appear next to their name.
Tap the Meetings button to start the meeting process
3. Manage your meetings
Confirmed meetings will appear in your Meetings schedule inside the app.
IMPORTANT: All meeting locations are set as the MeetMe lounge by default, which you will find near the West Entrance Registration point at the Excel. If you want to meet somewhere else, please confirm this via the chat with other attendees. However, the location will not update in the booking via the app unfortunately.
Want to add the invite to your personal diary? Once you successfully send your meeting invitation, you’ll be able to tap ‘Add to Personal Calendar’. Please note that if you make any changes to the meeting afterwards, your invite in your personal calendar will NOT auto-update.
