DSEI UK - More information about managing you main points of contact

We are excited about your participation at DSEI UK 2025! We wanted to clarify the process for managing your points of contact in the lead-up to the event:

  1. Primary Point of Contact: Our system only allows one primary point of contact, who is the Commercial Contact and will receive communications and important updates related to DSEI 2025. This person will be responsible for signing the stand contract and handling all commercial matters.
  2. Adding Additional Contacts: If you would like a colleague to have access to the EZONE and support you in setting up your stand, the primary point of contact can add them directly. This additional contact will have the same access level as the primary POC. To add multiple EZONE contacts, navigate to the 'Your Account' section, and select 'Manage Users', you can add multiple EZONE contacts on this page.

If you need to update the primary/commercial point of contact, please let us know, and we will inform the team to make the necessary changes.
